FAQ

Welcome to my FAQ, explore below.

I generally shoot handheld, but use a tripod for special circumstances (i.e. portraits/headshots and long-exposure/night shots).

I carry backup batteries and memory cards to prevent worst-case scenarios. Fear not!

These types of images cause more issues than they solve, and create confusion and inconsistency in my service.

In the rare-event where there is a delay, I will be transparent, communicating necessary details with you via your provided email.

I believe in quality over quantity; there’s a lot of time and work behind each image, and rushing through a photoshoot results in poor quality pictures.

Adding more images to a gallery increases my workload, resulting in lower quality and unnecessary images.

I understand that everybody has a different level of privacy that they wish to uphold online, and I will respect that and only share with your permission.

As part of my learning; I may, with your permission, request to use your gallery as part of my site/social media to support my portfolio. I may also request to use your images as part of my learning for my Bachelor’s Degree at Flinders University.

I appreciate and love to see my work being used and shared online- however; to preserve my work from being stolen, I publish a watermark on my publicly available guest galleries. Your images will be full resolution and be completely yours!
